It’s a nice place. It was built pretty cheap and you can tell. The island in our room is way too far into the living room and is crooked in the room. A lot of the doors are not cut right. Besides the building not being great, the experience has been pretty good.
Union is a great place to live and is super close to campus which is nice! All of the Union workers are really friendly and they do a great job running events that are of interest to residents. Union has great features such as a nice pool deck, study rooms, a fitness center, and a printing/lab room.
I've enjoyed living here! Not much to complain about- great amenities and community assistants. Only thing I'd change is the rise in prices at the beginning of the signing season (My roommates are paying a significant amount more than the deals offered right now).
apartments are very cleans, spacious, and new amenities. Pool deck was awesome, and always clean. The staff was friendly and was always able to help.
Residents are very nice and respectful for the most part, and staff is very friendly and willing to help. Amenities are great and the building is always kept clean.
This apartment is awesome! so many great amenities and the community is pretty close actually with everyone being friendly. Its also nice to have the building so close to all my classes as an engineer.
I enjoyed living at Union on Lincoln Way and will be living there again for another year. I think it is so nice to live somewhere near campus. I also love all the giveaway contests and free stuff that we are given.
I’m pretty much staying here because it is so close to the engineering buildings. I’ve literally never used the amenity deck because it’s always trashed by obnoxious people, so I pay an arm and a leg for a thin walled, poorly constructed apartment.
I don't feel that much sense of community within where I live. Between the staff and tenets it can be hard to get to know them and also understanding the things they do.
It has been a very good experience here so far this year. The amenities are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it's an overall good community.
my experience has been really great so far. I have had no complaints yet and enjoy living at union on Lincoln way. I like the free things given out.
My experience at Union has been pleasant. I have no major complaints with anything here. The maintenance could be quicker, but they do good work.
The apartments are nice, but not as big as they appear in pictures. There are lots of events and giveaways which is nice. The amenity room and pool deck are both very nice as well.
Union on Lincoln way was the best apartment by far of all of the apartments that I looked at. When I first moved In I was very impressed by all of the immenities.
I really enjoy living at Union on Lincoln Way. It’s one of the most modern buildings you can find in Ames, Iowa. They have a friendly staff and the building has convenient amenities like a gym, a pool and vending machines
Living at Union has been an all overall enjoyable experience. The proximity to campus is something that can’t be beat. The staff here are really nice people and they often have events that make this place feel like a community.
Overall, very good living quarters. Whenever there is a maintenance issue that affects the building, the staff is prompt in informing everybody and do their best to have it resolved quickly.
But other than that, great amenities and excellent services.
I really enjoy living at Union on Lincoln way. There are a lot of resident events that makes it feel like a community. It is nice that they have study rooms and free coffee on first floor.
Very good and the noise in other apts is non existent. People are really nice here. Elauwit service provider caused me troubles at the start but worked itself out.
I love union on Lincoln Way. I like how we have resident activities. They really care about the residents! I also enjoy having your own washer, dryer, and kitchen. It makes living the college life, alot of more enjoyable.
Great place to live. Friendly people and great amenities such as gym and amenity deck! Also they put on many events of different variety for residents.
Great rooms, nice looking apartments. The staff is very friendly and help you with any problem you may have. Maintenance is quick and attentive.
It is a Nice apartment, a little pricey. Office staff are nice and helpful. Parking garage can get a little crazy when trying to find a space and smells like cigarette smoke a lot.
Overall pretty awesome. Everyone I know who lives here is nice, staff is friendly, I have no real complaints. I think that there isn't much to be improved upon.
Overall the experience here has been awesome and I couldn't imagine a better place to live. Residents are mostly awesome and the staff has been amazing.
I highly enjoy livining in the apartment, the staff is all super helpful and the apartment itself is very beautiful. Tons of fun events and a great enviornment to live in
Rent is quite pricey, the internet goes out a lot, walls/floors are very thin so you can always here what your neighbors are up to. “Secure entrance” doors are never locked. Cabinets done sloppy and cheaply.
When the office is open, the employees are usually readily available and willing to help with any issues or questions I may have. There have been some mix ups on their end but are quick to fix them.
Great place to live!! The complex has many perks including being very close to campus and also having a gym. Many events are held each month as well that help keep people involved.
Great community! The amenities and staff are awesome. Great security and awesome promotions on social media! Would definitely recommend living here to anyone!
l'm lucky to live at @uniononlincolnway because I'm having fast free internet and my apartment is fully furnished. Also I'm the first one who lived in my apartment. It's so clean here and the staff is so kind and handful.
I love living at Union on Lincoln Way because they have the coolest amenities and the best events! My favorite is that the gym is open 24/7 and is just downstairs so it makes it a lot easier to workout.
My experience here at Union has been amazing so far! My favorite and most important aspects are the location, covered parking, and the amenities. They all meet my standards for the price I am paying and can’t wait to further my experience over the next year!
The 4 bedroom apartments are very spacious with nice accommodations and the amenities in the building are very luxurious such as the pool deck, work our room and the lounge.
Although the amenities and location are nice, the apartment is very overpriced for what you are getting. The staff is also unorganized and not very helpful. Activities are also catered to only specific groups and Union clearly only values the residents who are renewing their leases.
I like the activities a lot and most of tgem are clear when the dates are because we get updates from flyers on our doors. Also, staff is very friendly!
it kinda smells like garbage in the hallways and the back door key lock has been broken for over 2 months which is really annoying and they should fix that
I actually cannot wait to not live in this apartment. The people that live here are such spineless shills they think they get a good deal on these apartments. This place is cheaply thrown together and the staff is completely incompetent
I like living so close to campus and specifically all of the engineering buildings, but I do think it is quite expensive for the size of my apartment. I also am upset that they don’t better accommodate current residents for lease renewal.
I have not met much of the community because I have been busy with school. I do like the social events that have been planned. Also the matchmaking quiz was a cool idea.
Great place to live, I highly recommend it to everyone looking for an apartment! Super nice staff, brand new rooms and a perfect first floor for studying.
Its so super fun here at union on Lincoln way in Ames Iowa United States of America earth. I love it so much I wouldn’t trade it for the world
Has been super nice with lots of evtns planned and giveaways every month! My room is super spacious and I have my own bathroom which I also love!
It’s always so clean and we have such an awesome location and gym! The staff also provides us with fun events and are ways available for our questions. My room is really big and I never have problems either!
Living at Union on Lincoln Way has been great! The staff always puts on fun events, plus you can walk to campus. The amenities are nice too!
Living at Union on Lincoln Way has been a very positive experience for me and my 4 roommates. I would consider this a luxury apartment compared to all other housing options on campus.
The staff are friendly and helpful when you are wanting to know about some things or are in need of assistance. They're also quick to respond when requests like maintenance as well.
honestly union is much better than i had expected. employees bend over backwards, always clean, engaging events and comfortable living to where you can have friends over or have time to yourself
It’s a very nice place to live with all the amenities you can think of. I like being close to campus at a brand new apartment that’s pretty affordable
Living here is great! Its pet friendly which is really nice. All the staff is nice, all the amenities are easy to use and are well maintained.
My resident experience has been very good. I live the apartments, they are nice and the staff does a very good job of making this place feel like home.
I love Union. So much comfort, everything available easily. Community is insanely helpful, cleanliness, pet friendly and all amenities right where you live.
Living in Union has for the most part been a great experience. I like all of the community activities they plan. One of the only things I believe needs to be improved is that there needs to be a way for residents to recycle things, rather than just the small recycling bins.
Amazing might live here next year as well. Staff and facilities are just great. Near by to the campus which is a great plus point for students like me! So yes just amazing!
It’s a great quality apartment but silly little charges and written between the lines type stuff. But the location and space of the rooms is really nice
It is a very nice living experience in a great location. Lots of fun events and great amenities. I would recommend Union on Lincoln way to anyone looking for housing close to campus.
I love all the amenities that come with the building. The gym is kept very clean and is big enough to work out in daily without having to leave for one of the bigger ones.
Union on Lincoln Way so far has been great! The staff are always willing to help with any questions you have and there are always fun events planned.
The only knock is that pr apartment doesnt great enemy so my room is always super cold. Otherwise I love how close to everything I am and the extra things you do for the residents
Nice rooms but too far from campus. I really enjoy having my own bathroom and the bed is comfy. Also the apartment as a whole is always kept up and clean in the building
I love staying at Union not only because it is closr to campus but also staffs are very friendly and people who lives here are also very friendly.
It has been good living here so far and have not had any issues with union on Lincoln way. The place is very nice and always clean. also free giveaways are nice.
Love living here! It’s a great location for Iowa state university!however sometimes noise is an issue (the walls are very thin) and I can sometime here my neighbors arguing for even just talking. Love all the events. Also the mail and package room are great and easy to use.
It could definitely be more organized as far as management goes, but I understand that this place is new and they have been getting things together still.
Great place to live! Love the apartment and community. Apartments have good lay out and functionality. With many extra amenities such as study rooms and lounges. Overall great experience.
The staff is very attentive and available to help when I have a problem or question about rent or my keys. They're professional and polite. Social media activities are fun and interactive. Make awesome activities that allow me to get to know my neighbors.
The Union on Lincoln way community is nothing short of amazing. The building is kept incredibly clean, the residents are always friendly, and the staff always works to please the residents. The amenities are definitely a plus and all of the events are super fun to attend. 10/10
It's a great location and I love that it's furnished. The organization could be better but the CA's are very nice. It's a good first time apartment.
I love union on Lincoln way! It's super close to all my classes and I love all the events that they hold! It shows how much they care about all of their residents
When I first walked into Union's apartments I noticed how exquisite the apartments looked. The kitchen has very nice looking granite counters along with the walls of the rooms looking very pleasing.
The appartment facilities are fantastic. Unfortunately, many of times the coffee machine is unusable due to a lack of upkeep, and amenities deck has been closed many times due to the irrasponsability of other residents. Subleasing is incredibly unfair to the original leaser and has many conditions/fees that are not advertised or given to you upon request prior to you actually starting the sublease processes.
No better place to live in Ames, IA in my opinion. Super nice living space with top notch utilities and services. Staff are always easy to work with and you won't be able to find a nicer place for the cost.
Really love living at Union! The people who work here are super nice, maintenance requests are processed quickly, great location and amenities.
Living here has been great! The staff are always willing to help and they are very friendly. The amenadies are far from few and makes living here very nice. The brand bew appliances and Tempur-Pedic are also a very nice touch to living here.
So far I absolutely love it! The apartments are super nice, close to campus. They have different floor plans to choose from to find one that’s right for you. I do think it is a little expensive though for students which is the only con.
Love the staff and the Starbucks coffee machine and the area on the roof. I also love all of the giveaways the staff puts together for the residents
i do not move in until fall 2019 but so far union has been very good at responding and answering any questions that i have had about next year
Overall, I've really enjoyed living here at Union. This has been without a doubt, the best place I've lived in here at Iowa State University. The building has a really fresh and friendly look that carries on into my apartment unit. I feel like this is the best bang for my buck in Ames where apartment renting is concerned.
Union on Lincoln way is one of the best places you can live at near campus. The community is friendly and active. More, the rooms are a new and spacious.
i love the location, amenities, and how caring the staff are to the residents. i wish the walls in my apartment were thicker, my roommates are super loud. our fridge is pretty small considering we have 5 people. i’ve put in maintenance orders and they haven’t been fulfilled yet
Perfect location, exactly where I was looking for. The rooms are nicely furnished, I especially like the kitchen appliances. The staff are all very nice and were super helpful when I renewed. I have had no major issues overall with my living here.
decent i like it but it is a far walk to class especially in the cold also the hallways kinda smell and my room is always hot but not my roommates
I just wish we had more space in the frizer. Also the temperature control is not really good cause the apartment feels cold even when the heat is on
Overall not a bad place to live. I felt safe and comfortable. Many of the issues they were having to begin with are now fixed and it's a pleasant place to live.
I have enjoyed living at the Union on Lincoln Way. The amenities are top notch and the staff does a great job at answering any and all questions I have.
You can hear people above, beside, and below you through the vents somehow, can hear a QUIET conversation from your roommates across the apartment. It's really loud and pricey, the only good thing is the amenities.
Ive loved my time living at Union because of the location, cleanliness, & amenities. The pool is unreal, gym is awesome & there are many activites ran by Union to participate in.
My experience at Union on Lincoln Way has been above average. The units are nice and the staff is always friendly. One complaint would be the maintenance.
I think the apartment community is really great. I have quite a few friends that live here and everyone else seems pretty friendly. I met a bunch of people in the complex on the patio when it was warmer out and it’s always nice to see friendly faces while coming and leaving from your apartment.
I've honestly really enjoyed living here. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Maintenance is very timely and fixes your problem quickly. I like that it's close to campus at a reasonable price. The monthly building events are well thought out and add a sense of community to the building.
I have enjoyed living here a lot my first year. The rooms all have high-quality furniture, appliances, and just a good look all around. The staff members are very nice and very helpful.
The rooms are nice but, some times the wife is spotty. Also, the security guards will knock on your door for the littlest of nosies. Other then that it is a great place.
Ever since move-in, I’ve loved this place! It is close to campus and a quick walk to class, but also far enough away from central campus so we’re not in the middle of everything. The amenities here are great, I personally use the gym and study rooms the most. And since the apartments are brand new, I knew I could expect cleanliness within the rooms.
It’s pretty amazing. Fantastic room and apartment. Great people and things to do. Fantastic rec room that is well maintained and great patio deck that is very enjoyable to hang out on.
Ton of amenities. Comfortable. Great and fun place to live. Pet friendly. Cheap utilities. All necessary appliances are provided. Grill and pool
I love living at Union for so many reasons! I love the location, super close to campus. I also love the free coffee in the lounge, the fact that the apartment comes with furniture, and that the staff is so sweet and helpful!
Everyone is very friendly and accepting. There are great events and accommodations that work with every resident. I appreciate the upbeat atmosphere.
I love Union! Beautiful brand new apartments! Union cares about their residents. I love all of the resident events, amenities, features and more!
Everything is great but the elevators are slow. Staff is very nice and helpful. Amenities are great. Only complaint would be the noise coming from the mechanic across the street at 8am... every morning
Union at Lincoln Way has everything that you could want as a student. Study rooms, free printing and coffee, an amenity deck with a pool and games.
Living here is great! Comfy furniture! Fun events! Great people! Have any questions? The staff are fantastic and always ready to help! I love it here!
Walls are kind of paper thin so I can hear my roommates but the beds are very comfortable and having your own bathroom is nice. It is much better than the dorms.
Union on Lincoln way is a great apartment complex. It’s is right off campus so I can easily walk to my classes. The apartments are modern and up to date. The amenity deck is amazing, and I love to use to go grill my food. The fitness is really nice too. In the winter it’s going to be nice knowing I don’t have to walk in the cold to work out.
It's close to the campus so I can walk there everyday, it's quite convenient. And also there are many kinds of activities which are really interesting.
Living her at Union has been great. Everything from the the rooms to the staff. Although, the WiFi/phone service could be better. To me, it is the best apartment on Iowa States campus.
Great location right next to campus. Also many amenities such as an amenity deck, fitness room, Starbucks machine, and study rooms with printing. Also the number and variety of resident events put on are excellent!
The building is very clean and the apartments are good sized. Close to campus and campus town. Parking is limited and expensive. Host events fairly often that are open to all residents.
Great place to live! Close to campus, super nice and always giving out free stuff! The rent is a bit expensive but definitely worth it. So many people to meet and a true college experience.
Union on Lincoln Way has been a great place to live. The living area and rooms are very spacious. The amenities and events are fun and enjoyable. The events that are held every month are a great way to get people involved in the community and meet new people.
I really like that the building is brand new and the residents are really nice, but I do not like the lease renewal deals. I hope to live here next year but will depend on the sign up specials.
The apartments are nice and the amenities are fantastic. However, management is poor, and parking is extremely overpriced. Staff rarely take action for noise complaints as well. I feel that managements priority is only money and as long as they can place people in apartments they don't care about the actual residents.
I have enjoyed living in the apartment with the location being so close to campus, friendly staff, and constant resident promotions. The quality of appliances within the units could potentially be the only thing I could think of to improve.
I love Union on Lincoln Way. The only think I don’t like is how the windows do not open. I love all of the resident events and how helpful the staff is. Union really feels like a home away from home.
I've loved living at Union on Lincoln Way. The location is great, it's fully furnished, and it has great amenities. The only negative thing was being able to tell they were rushed to get things finished -- there were dents and scratches around the room as well as drywall dust and other careless mistakes. Overall, I love living here!
I love living here. The gym is amazing as well as the pool. It really brings a great group of people together allow old and new friendships to thrive.
the apartment has Spacious rooms, good amenities, and perfect location, close to campus and state gym. Offer fun activities in the lobby that bring the residents all together.
Overall happy with the living space and the general building space. Only complaint is management, our unit was falsely accused of crimes and were fined 1000 dollars for something we did not do
So far I love the different study rooms and club rooms. This makes it a lot easier to study. The apartments are very modern. The layout was designed very nicely
Been really great so far the only thing i dont like is not being able to participate in more of the events the union puts on. But overall i think its been great the place is nice and clean
So far its been good and the apartments are nice and. The provided furniture is nice and the beds are super comfortable, and thankfully not too much noise from neighbors.
Overall it has been nice living within walking distance to campus. But the wall are thin and noise is pretty easy to hear through walls and windows. Another thing i dont like is i cant even crack a window to get fresh air inside
Apartment overall is great however every now and then small things can be annoying. Other than that it does seem like union really cares about their residents.
The Community overall is an enjoyable place. However, there have been a few issues within the money part of living in the community. When shown incorrect balances all the office has to say is that they are switching softwares and it will be a few weeks before we see change. After asking the office a multitude of times, the office finally elaborated more and/or fixed the issues within a timely manner.
So far, I am disappointed in my experience at UoLW. I feel like the people at the leasing office can't do much to help me when it really matters. I also feel like the amenities, besides the location, are low quality and not worth what I am paying for.
My experience has not been the best here. I have a had a lot of problems lately.there have been random charges to my account and a number of late fees. They did take care of it as soon as they could.
Overall a great apartment to live in. Great amenities. Friendly staff and maintaince. Only have a few problems with washer and some of the lights not working. Overall a great place to live
Good amenities. If you have tons of $$ or don't mind paying off student loans for a long long time, this is the place to be. The rent is ludicrous - and does not include utilities, which are also ludicrous. This is supposed to be student housing - should be barely a step up from dorm living and step down from frat living. It's bad enough that tuition is so high, but to create a higher standard of living for young adults that is in many cases on par with their parents is just absurd.
I like the atmosphere of living at Union. The ameninites and people that work here have a great attitude towards the residents. I really like how the apartment is involved in the community.
Helpful staff. Amazing apartment with great utilities. Really close to campus one can easily walk to classes without any hassles of waiting for bus
I enjoy walking around me apartment and going to the study rooms. I love all of the amenities that Union has especially the covered parking.
overall good. Only complaints were the various problems with our unit (washer, ac unit, loose cabinet and door hardware). Maintenance staff is very helpful and punctual
I love it here! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Being close to campus was really important to me and it has made my life easier this semester to be so close.
So far the community here at Union has been one that I would love to be in for the rest of my college career. I love that it is more than just an apartment complex where no one talks to their neighbors. Here the resident activities helps us meet more people that live in the building this making more friends so it's an overall great experience knowing those new people in your living space.
Wonderful brand new apartment complex that is close to campus and has great amenities for anyone at Iowa state. I use the amenities almost everyday and the rooms are just amazing. Best place to live at in Ames
Part of Mao Zedong's land reform during the late phase of the Chinese Civil War and the early People's Republic of China was a campaign of mass killings of landlords in order to redistribute land to the peasant class and landless workers. It resulted in millions of deaths. Those killed were targeted on the basis of class rather than ethnicity, so terming the campaign genocide is incorrect.
Apartments are pretty nice, there have been issues with defective appliances. It’s not Unions fault, but it takes them a long time to fix things. Parking is absolutely outrageously expensive
i thoroughly enjoy living in Union apartments.
i thoroughly enjoy living in Union apartments.
i thoroughly enjoy living in Union apartments.
Union has a friendly and helpful staff which has been great! Some of the residents can be loud at times, but overall, the environment is welcoming, homie, and well organized. The provided amenities like the study rooms, coffee bar, and fitness center are also great resources!
Great amenities here, and nice location. I enjoy living here but wish people wouldn't vandalize the building and leave trash everywhere, I love that Union is so pet friendly as well!
I enjoy living in my apartment here at Union. All who have provided customer service have been very kind and welcoming, but I feel like it has been incredibly unorganized. As time goes on, I hope to see it more organized at their events and with certain service components. At the end of the day, it's a nice place in a great location!
The staff here is very friendly! They have lots of fun resident activities every month and are always very helpful whenever I have questions! My apartment is very spacious and feels like home!
Living at Union on Lincoln Way has many pros and very little amount of cons, free food almost every week is awesome, and having a gym in your apartment is convenient. Only con is starbucks machine not always being full.
So far the apartment community has been great! The only down side is that I have a very noisy neighbor. Which makes it hard to sleep and concentrate on my work.
Living at Union on Lincoln Way is great! The staff is super friendly and helpful and my apartment is by far the best place I've lived in since coming to school at ISU. There are fun events that are inclusive for all residents and plenty of amenities to use as well. I would recommend living here to anyone!
As a resident here at Union on Lincoln way, I can find no negative aspects about the apartment complex. The staff is incredible and promotes community engagement, which is awesome. The amenities are definitely well above par compared to other places here in Ames. Nothing but the best from Union.
I love staying in Union it is a brand new apartment. Not far away from campus. People in here are very friendly. They provide a great amenities for residents.
At first there was plenty of construction flaws because it was brand new but maintenance has been hard at work (very friendly guys) and most has been fixed. Love the building and the community. Im an engineer and its location is perfect too.
It’s been pretty good. I wish the pool was open more and I was able to use that. Also in the living room there isn’t much light and it’s always dark. My WiFi always takes forever to connect and doesn’t work half the time. Also my roommates and I think the walls on Lincoln Way need to be sound proof because you can hear everything including people talking.
Tis only the first couple months, but so far all is nice. I can't give a full 5-star yet because I've yet to really experience much other things in the first 2 months...
Although the apartment building does a very good job of setting up events for residents, I have yet to meet anyone in my building aside from in passing or on the elevator. I also do not know everyone who works behind the desk it would be nice to at least have a way to put faces with names.
Good except it seems like you guys are setting up traps for us to fall into financial trouble which I don’t like. Example: offering apartment release for next year so early on this year saying slots are getting filled. We all know they won’t be like come on guys.
I love living at union on lincoln way for many reasons including its pet friendly environment and resident events. The staff is friendly and maintenance team works hard to get things done.
I like it here a lot, its very clean and new. But since it's so new there is work being done all over all the time. I gets annoying with people coming in and out of our apartment all the time.
The fact that the building is completely brand new is extremely attractive. Not only that, but it’s quite clear that there was a lot of attention and care put into the building. The amenities included inside each room and within the overall building are a great addition, and make the otherwise high price to live here totally worth it. My major requires me to be on the west end of campus for all my classes, so it is also incredibly convenient that Union on Lincoln Way is located where it is. I’m happy to live here, and I’m sad that I’ll only be able to stay for this semester, since I graduate in the fall.
Perfect apartment with everything you could ever need from the fitness center, amenity pool and deck, and study rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful with everything you need.
The community is great. I can tell that they care a lot about the residents here. The employees are so kind and are always there to help if we need anything.
Its alright, but the people above me are ridiculously loud. They either all wear boots 247 in their apartment or tgey play basketball inside.
Great experience so far! The location is the excellent and it's nice having furnished rooms! The staff is great and always answers you questions.
I like to live here because it offers a short term lease which is nice because I don’t have to fine a sublease for when I’m studying abroad next semester. I also like how close it is to campus
I really enjoy it so far. Everyone is so nice and the apartment is really nice. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely Uncomfortable.
Great quality, when things are broken maintenance doesn’t jack around, they get t fixed within reasonable time. Definitiely worth the price we’re paying. The walls in the apartment are nicely sound proofed when doors are closed, the only complaint that I’d have is that the wall I share with my neighbor is kind of thin so I usually hear them talking
The apartment it’s self is so nice with everything being new obviously but it’s not just that it’s new, everything is high quality. The modern design looks amazing on the outside and inside of the building. The staff are super friendly and helpful! They have great resident events from free food to free yoga and the amenities deck is a great place to hangout
Living at Union has been a really great experience with great amenities at a great location! The noise hasn't been great with the people upstairs from us and the maintenance between other apartments and outside. Also do not enjoy the pool being wrecked every weekend by inconsiderate, disrespectful people. Really enjoy the amenities, however. I would like to see a lower price in rent per month as well as free parking but would still recommend to a friend.
Overall very solid. Some stuff wasn't quite ready when I moved in which wasn't great, but I understand. Overall I think the staff are really trying to make it a good place to live, which I appreciate.
love living here so far! awesome staff, great things in the building! I used to live at the The Edge and things would take forever to get done, but not here!
I love the community feel at Union on Lincoln Way. There are tons of awesome events and you constantly get to meet others who live in the building. Best apartments I've lived in here in Ames
The apartments themselves are amazing. Love the layout and space. As for the rest of the building, is also amazing. With the study rooms and lounges. Union has greatly exceeded my expectations.
So far, I love how attentive the staff is towards residents. Very diligent in giving information and answering questions. Also very friendly and provide many activities for me to get to know my fellow residents
New rooms + furnished + friendly community + swimming pool on the second floor + wide living areas for studying + free access to gym
Clean, new Such a great place to live at in ames! Super close to campus which makes it so nice to be able to wake up later to make it to classes..the patio is my fav place to hangout at
So far everything about since move in has been handled very well, when we had a problem with it dish washer and with one of our showers they were both handled same day!
My experience as a resident at union apartments have been really great so far. The apartment common area is nice with a lot of space. The room are also very well done
This apartment is very nice. They come fully furnished which is a plus. Very nice living area and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops.
Amazing apartment, filled with great furniture. The AC is killer, after living in a dorm last year with no AC this was huge plus for me since its so hot in the fall.
So far, Union has been great. I do think there needs to be a building recycling bin/dumpster, rather than the trash can size recycling bins on each floor.
Haven't moved in yet. Move in day is pretty late. Everybody seems nice though. I hope it is as nice as they say it will be. Anxiously waiting.
The place is great. I really love how the construction is ahead of schedule and the fact that there is a possibility that the complex will open up early
Getting the lease was super easy and less time
Consuming. People at the desk and in call are really willing to help! I am excited to live here soon
The people are so inviting and nice! Can't wait to live there. Will help with any questions I have. So excited to have a community of fun people.
Extremely friendly and really go out of your way to help you with any questions you might have! It is a great environment and they do everything to make sure you're getting the most out of your experience.
I haven't moved in yet. They are still under construction and the move in date is 17th august. I hope it will be nice. The sample unit looked fine.
Honestly i have not yet shifted to union but despite not shifting yet they are giving such good deals already, j’m so happy , i wished we get some discounts on rent as well.
Haven't moved in yet but based off of communication, it depends on who you talk to whether they're helpful or not. It's kind of inconsistent. However, the simulation looks like the apartments will be nice.
I really look forward to the Union being completed for next semester. Every time I look at the website's renderings, or drive past the construction site I'm imagining the awesome experience to come. All of this excitement is due to the extremely helpful staff at the temporary leasing office. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in the process of getting my Fraternity, Sigma Tau Gamma, signed. They also made sure our rooms were all on the same floor and close to each other. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about how smooth the experience has been thus far, and look forward to living at the Union next semester!
So far my experience has been great! All the employees are super nice and helpful! The process has been smooth and stress free. Im so excited to be living here.
So far it's been very good. The people in the offices were very helpful and kind. The only thing was a pain was their system wasn't working sometimes making it hard to filling everything out
The new apartments look fantastic! All the amentities look very nice and inclusive. Signed with union on lincoln way a few weeks ago and I am excited to move into one next year.
Phenomenal athmosphere and service. I love the location of the apartment and the visual diagrams we were shown of our unit. Right on campus and right near the gym.
